FAVORABLE OUTCOME IN SURGERY OF PATIENT WITH RENAL ARTERY THROMBOSIS OF SINGLE FUNCTIONING KIDNEY

Clinical case of a patient with vasorenal hypertension, left non-functioning secondary contracted kidney and acute thrombosis of right renal artery is presented. Onset of acute thrombosis had happened 2 weeks before operation. Patient underwent autovenous grafting of right renal artery and intensive care period. Right kidney was preserved and systolic pressure maintained at 140-150 mm Hg.
