SCLEROSING SURGERY OF VARICOSE VEINS

The paper describes new modality/or varicose vein treatment sclerosurgery – combination ofminimally necessary pathogenetic procedures and different types of veins sclerotherapy. Currently used drugs and instrumentation for sclerotherapy are presented. On the base of large number of observations authors conclude that sclerosurgery should be recommended as the method of choice in routine practice of specialised units.
