Results of color duplex (color Doppler and power Doppler mapping modes) examination of30 patients after proximal repair of aortic arch branches for atherosclerotic lesions are discussed. Based on estimated data the protocol of color duplex scanning of brachiocephalic arteries for these patients was developed. The good long-term patency after surgical restoration of proximal aortic arch branches was revealed. The frequency of restenoses development and new hemodynamically and clinically significant lesions appearance during long-term follow up after these operations is discussed.
